Head Corporate Communication and CSR Principal Activities: - Formulate companies communication strategy and purpose of the organisation while supporting the transformation journey thereby ensuring alignment with the overall organization's Strategic vision - Provide communication counsel and support to 3 business units and cross functional teams while building a 360-brand communication plan and support strong reputation building in India - Collaborate with the Leadership Team & Transformation Champions pan India - Develop Key opinion leadership engagement strategy - rollout various programs/ platforms - Manage the portals, newsletter editorial strategy and calendar, spotlighting leaders and colleagues and supporting business announcements and initiatives. - Design and implemented the structure/function for Communication & Public Relations - Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, design execution & analysis of digital marketing campaigns. - Assist marketing team with PR planning for upcoming launches and existing products. - Ensure constant media engagement while raising awareness about company's vision and exercising market shaping initiatives. - Support Media Events visit with local press. - Effective Vendor Management while identifying co-creating & encouraging cross industry partnership - Build a yearlong integrated digital communication and content strategy for Social Media Platforms - Lead for Crisis and Reputation management. Responsible for handling crisis communication and issue preparedness mandate while effectively mitigating the risk to preserve and enhance organization image - Organize quarterly town halls, assisting with content development and presentations. - Champion and execute sustainable CSR initiations aligned to organisations overall vision while increasing the overall impact to strengthen firm's commitment in building social value along with employee involvement, engagement and participation. - Update, manage and maintain the organization's website and monitor SEO to ensure maximum hits - Monitor digital analytics of communication channels to ensure ROI - Support the development and launch of visual branding for the new office site
