Head - Corporate Accounts - Finance Controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead statutory, standalone, and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities

- Ensure clean audits and strong Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

- Oversee quarterly/annual closes, board reporting, and governance requirements

- Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business teams on regulatory and compliance matters

- Drive ERP optimization and automation initiatives (SAP/BI tools/AI platforms)

- Standardize processes and build Centres of Excellence

- Lead and mentor large, multi-location accounting teams

- Support enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 15+ years post-qualification experience in corporate accounting/financial reporting

- Experience with a listed manufacturing organization (18,000+ Cr+ revenue scale)

- Proven track record of managing large, multi-location teams

- Strong expertise in IND AS/IFRS, taxation, and listed company compliance

- ERP-led and automation-driven mindset

- Experience in complex, multi-entity environments preferred
