Description:


Experience & Qualifications:

- Masters Degree with specialization in HR | MBA preferred

- 12+ years of total experience, of which at least 5 years should be in Compensation & Benefits with exposure to HR Analytics

- Role Contour: Owns & drives execution and implementation of rewards and performance policies and procedures. Leads HR policies across the organization and SPOC for HR audit & ERM.

Accountabilities:


- Design and delivery of Total Reward & performance management solutions (strategies, frameworks, processes, procedures and policies for implementation)

- Design & own deployment all employee policies related to benefits and terms and conditions of employment

- Formulate Total Rewards budget plans; Consult CHRO and seek approval to finalize budget; Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets; Address budget overruns, if any

- Influencing and aligning multiple senior stakeholders, including CHRO, CFO, Business Heads, NRC etc.

- Designing executive compensation and LTI plans by working directly with Boards or NRCs on relevant matters

- Design exception handling polices and provide approval for business recommendations on compensation exception cases

- Facilitate a KRAs and KPIs defining exercise for top leaders; Ensure the KRAs and KPIs are effectively cascaded to the mid and lower levels of management

- Drive performance through building capabilities in people managers for objective setting and performance management

- Monitor and drive completion of performance discussions, year-end reviews and feedback process; Provide necessary guidance to the People Managers when required

- Implement the mechanism for periodic performance reviews of business unit by using relevant tools, templates/ dashboards and following the steps involved

- Identify areas within performance management and total rewards that can be potentially automated or enhanced with technology and collaborate with the relevant partners to design the solution for upgradation

- Monitor all on-going HR initiatives and create trackers and dashboards

- Own employee and talent data accurately and provide timely reports to management to aid decision making

- Reviewing and Updating the existing Employee Policy and Introducing New Policy
