Reporting Manager- CHRO
Manufacturing Multinational exposure is a MUST have for the role
- Leads and governs the end-to-end Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR Operations ecosystem, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable people processes aligned to business strategy.
- Design, build, and communicate Total Rewards programs, policies, processes, and frameworks that support long term HR strategy and business objectives.
- Conduct and analyze internal and external market research to evaluate compensation and benefits competitiveness, relevance, and financial sustainability.
- Ensure and execute timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations in alignment with tax, statutory, and employee welfare requirements for both local and expatriate employees.
- Safeguard compliance with statutory laws, labor regulations, and welfare schemes, while strengthening internal controls and governance standards.
- Lead, prioritize, and oversee delivery across all Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and cross functional collaboration.
- Monitor and report outcomes, trends, and insights to leadership to support data driven planning and decision making.
- Level of experience required for the position : - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; (MUST have)
- MBA HR preferred. - 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits; payroll/accounting exposure is an added advantage.
