Project Head Chemical Projects

Location: Kurkumbh (Near Daund / Baramati / Outskirts of Pune)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end chemical plant projects including conceptual design, basic & detailed engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within approved budgets, aligned with company strategy and goals.

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, communication plans, and business readiness requirements.

- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, Boiler, Civil, R&D, Safety, and Purchase departments for seamless project execution.

- Identify engineering challenges and drive effective technical solutions across project phases.

- Manage vendor selection, technical evaluations, drawing approvals, inspections, dispatch schedules, and quality compliance.

- Support civil layout planning, building design coordination, and execution monitoring.

- Participate actively in HAZOP studies, safety reviews, fire hydrant system design, and root cause analysis of incidents.

- Plan equipment receipt, installation, testing, commissioning, and ensure delivery of an operation-ready plant with formal acceptance.

- Build, lead, train, and review performance of project and plant teams; present key technical challenges and recommendations to management.

Industry Experience:

- Candidates with Chemical Projects experience only need to apply

- Experience from other industries will not be considered

Education:

- Bachelors / Masters in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)

Location & Relocation: Open to relocating with family near Kurkumbh, Daund, Baramati, or outskirts of Pune
