Head - Business Operations - CA

As a Business Operations Head with a CA background, you would be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations while ensuring financial compliance and driving strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

- Financial Planning and Strategy: Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's goals, including long-term planning and forecasting.

- Operational Excellence: Overseeing and streamlining all operational aspects, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.

- Budgeting and Cost Management: Managing operational budgets, allocating resources effectively, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing insights for informed decision-making.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to Indian accounting standards, tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and other statutory and corporate laws. Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure business continuity.

- Internal Controls and Audit: Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

- Team Leadership and Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments (sales, marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure operational strategies are integrated with overall business objectives.

- Process Improvement and Automation: Leveraging technology and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through automation.

- Oversee Revenue Generations: Will be responsible for revenue generation managing and overseeing the company's income from its business activities viz sales development, import & export
