Role Purpose: Lead the Business Finance function for Generics Business as key member of the finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the MD's Office and Business Leadership Team, the role will drive business performance, strategic decision-making, profitability, and long-term value creation across Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the senior finance partner to the CFO and Generics Business Leadership Team.

- Provide strategic financial leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence and sustainable value creation across the business.

- Lead all Business Finance activities encompassing Manufacturing Finance, R&D Finance, Commercial Finance.

- Drive annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve margins and enhance return on investments.

- Lead business performance reviews with the CFO, MD's Office and senior leadership, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations.

- Drive portfolio profitability, product lifecycle economics and investment prioritization decisions.

- Provide financial leadership for capacity expansion, capital investments, productivity programs and strategic business initiatives.

- Partner with Manufacturing leadership to improve plant economics, productivity, cost competitiveness and asset utilization.

- Partner with R&D leadership to strengthen portfolio governance, development investment decisions and returns.

- Lead scenario planning, financial modelling and strategic evaluations to support critical business decisions.

- Drive working capital optimization, inventory productivity and cash flow improvement initiatives.

- Strengthen financial governance, controls and risk management while enabling agile decision-making.

- Champion finance transformation, digitalization, advanced analytics and data-driven decision support.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization with strong business partnering capabilities.

- Represent Finance in key strategic discussions and contribute to enterprise-wide business initiatives.
