Roles & responsibilities:

This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our financial strategy. This position involves building the finance department from the ground up

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Build and manage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reports for leadership.

- Strategic Finance: Advise the leadership team on financial strategy, cash flow, and long-term planning.

- Accounting & Operations: Oversee daily finance operations, payroll, and ensure compliance with audits and tax filings.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Prepare materials and reports for investors, support fundraising, and manage investor communications.

- Systems & Compliance: Implement financial systems and enforce strong internal controls and policies.

- Product Support: support product team in building product related to GST, Payment Ecosystem, Regulatory

Key skill sets & qualifications:

- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience of handling business finance function post CA completion

- Education & Certifications: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Skills:

Exceptional financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
