About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic finance leader to head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, and Investor Relations (IR) for a large, listed consumer organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial strategy, stakeholder management, and investor communications, along with proven experience in navigating the complexities of a listed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the FP&A and business finance function, driving robust financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions.

- Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, performance management, and long-term business planning.

- Manage investor relations, serving as the primary point of contact for analysts, investors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of the company's performance and strategy.

- Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual results, earnings calls, investor presentations, and roadshows in alignment with regulatory requirements.

- Build financial models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives, operational performance, and market competitiveness.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting standards applicable to listed entities.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Key Requirements:

- 12-18 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with strong exposure to FP&A, business finance, and investor relations.

- Proven track record in listed companies, preferably in the consumer and retail sector.

- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior internal stakeholders (CXO/Board) and external stakeholders (investors, analysts, regulators).

- Professional qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute.

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence business outcomes
