
Job Description:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial HR leader to build and expand new HR services beyond the company's established recruitment business. The role will be responsible for developing a full-stack HR consulting offering, working with clients as a Fractional CHRO, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue from new HR service verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with select clients as a Fractional CHRO and provide strategic HR advisory across the employee lifecycle.
- Identify, develop, and launch new HR service verticals such as Background Verification (BGV), employee relocation, HR consulting, culture transformation, Rewards & Recognition, HR compliance, POSH, HR audits, and related services.
- Develop business plans, service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for new HR services.
- Identify client needs and convert them into scalable HR consulting and managed-service offerings.
- Build and manage partnerships with specialist HR service providers to create a comprehensive HR solutions ecosystem.
- Drive new business development through existing client relationships as well as new client acquisition.
- Meet senior business and HR leaders, understand their challenges, and position relevant HR solutions.
- Own the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding existing engagements.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and business teams to create integrated talent and HR solutions.
- Establish processes, operating models, and delivery frameworks for newly launched HR service lines.
- Track revenue, pipeline, client acquisition, margins, and other business performance metrics.
- Stay updated on evolving HR practices, regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging HR service models.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 10 - 15 years of experience across HR consulting, HR leadership, HR business development, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, rewards, culture, and HR governance.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building new businesses, service lines, or consulting offerings.
- Strong client-facing and business development capabilities with the ability to engage CXOs, CHROs, business heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience as a Fractional CHRO, HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, or senior HR leader will be preferred.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable HR services.
- Strong experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and external service providers.
- Good understanding of HR compliance, POSH, HR audits, employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and HR operations.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and actively meet clients as required.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
