The Head of Business Excellence will drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing units. This role is responsible for implementing and sustaining initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), while ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deploy Business Excellence strategies across all manufacturing locations

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance

- Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance with EHS, EMS, and IMS standards across all operations

- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional projects

- Build and nurture a high-performance, continuous improvement culture

- Train, mentor, and develop teams in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence methodologies

- Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

- Collaborate with plant leadership to align excellence initiatives with business goals

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Industrial / Production or related field preferred)

- Experience: 10+ years in Business Excellence / Operational Excellence within manufacturing industries

- Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), TPM, and Kaizen

- Strong knowledge of EHS, EMS, and IMS frameworks

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and continuous improvement programs
