The DGM Brand, Media & Growth will lead data-led brand building, AI-powered media optimization, and experience-driven communication, ensuring the most loved and progressive retail brand for Indias evolving consumers.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital performance, customer intelligence, and new-age retail media.

- Build and communicate our differentiated brand story using an integrated media ecosystem combining traditional, digital, and data-driven touchpoints for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Use consumer insights, digital storytelling, and innovation to create new shopping missions, moments, and experiences that drive incremental demand and frequency.
- Leverage analytics, NPS, and customer listening tools to strengthen brand perception on value and service, and proactively act on insights to close experience gaps.
- Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to build scalable SOPs and frameworks that ensure consistency, speed, and quality in marketing execution across all channels.

Desired qualification and experience:
- Management graduate in marketing.
- 8 to 10 years retail or similar experience with at least 5-7 years in Brand specific activities.
- Full technical knowledge of retail marketing operations.
- Analytical skills, familiarity with the latest trends, technologies in new age communication.
