Position: Head - Affiliate Marketing Experience: 8+ yrs Qualification: MBA or any other equivalent Degree from reputed academic institutions Job Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore Major Responsibilities Include but not limited to: - Responsible for the success of an affiliate program and helps manage and scale an online business. - The role entail developing strategies to recruit new affiliates, negotiate deals between affiliates and their clients, and manage affiliate promotions. - Responsible for generating insightful reports and provides digital marketing consulting services to improve your program. - Play the role of a mediator by communicating and negotiating with affiliate partners about commission structures and marketing strategies. - Helps to run programs and stays on top of campaign management by answering vendor queries, creating branded materials, and identifying areas in your program that you can improve. - Conducts an in-depth analysis of program metrics and sales traffic and prepares and submits reports to upscale essential products and improve sales methods. - Implements the inner workings of digital marketing and e-commerce and can contribute innovative ideas for affiliate programs. Prerequisite: - Excellent People Management. - Online & Digital Skills. - Content Marketing & SEO - PPC Advertising knowledge - Experience in Internet / Technology or B2B / B2C industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
