Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the aerospace business strategy to drive growth in international markets.

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end aircraft design cycle, avionics subsystem lifecycle, coordinating with external consultants and internal teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.

- Lead the expansion of the aerospace portfolio, focusing on high-end manufacturing solutions and long-term partnerships.

- Conduct in-depth industry research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects and markets.

- Ensure alignment of production, design, and technical teams with the strategic objectives of the aerospace division.

- Manage relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and superior customer satisfaction.

- Oversee pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms with clients and partners, ensuring maximum profitability.

- Drive product innovation and compliance with aerospace industry regulations and certifications.

- Ensure the implementation of effective quality control and safety measures in all aerospace operations.

- Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, facilitating seamless communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, to achieve operational excellence.

- Monitor the financial health of the aerospace division, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profit, and budget goals.

- Lead and mentor the aerospace team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Aerospace Management / Aerospace Engineering.

- Extensive experience in the aerospace manufacturing or aerospace services sector.

- Proven track record of leadership roles with a focus on business development and operations in aerospace.

Domain Knowledge:

- Aerospace manufacturing, design, and regulatory standards.

- Aerospace business development and market penetration.

- Knowledge of India & international aerospace regulations, including certifications (e.g., FAA, EASA).

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and project management within the aerospace sector.

- Customer account management and strategic relationship-building in the aerospace industry.

Tentative Estimated Salary Range:

- INR 25 Lakh to 35 Lakh INR PA.
