Role Overview:

The Head of Administration will lead and manage endto-end administrative operations for a large-scale, multivertical manufacturing ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless plant operations, facility management, security & surveillance, transport, digital transformation, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement across extensive industrial infrastructure and a large workforce. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across functions, government bodies, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall administrative operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring seamless support to business and workforce needs.

- Oversee employee infrastructure including hostels, guesthouses, canteens, transport services, and general workplace facilities.

- Ensure reliable utilities, upkeep of plant premises, and high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing automated systems for bookings, gate passes, visitor management, and facility operations.

- Manage administrative budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient vendor, contract, and service-level governance.

- Lead security and surveillance operations, including monitoring systems, access control, incident management, and SOP implementation.

- Manage VVIP protocols, major events, and crisis situations in coordination with internal teams and external authorities.

- Strengthen emergency preparedness through fire safety planning, drills, and coordination with disaster and emergency services.

- Streamline employee transport operations, shift movement planning, and welfare-related support during critical conditions.

- Oversee onboarding and support infrastructure for trainees and new employees, including housing and induction logistics.

- Drive CSR and sustainability programs focused on environmental development, community welfare, and public safety initiatives.

- Liaise with local communities, government departments, unions, and regulatory authorities to maintain a stable and compliant operating environment.
