Head - Accounts & Taxation - NBFC - CA

A leading NBFC - Financial Services organisation is seeking a Head - Accounts & Taxation to lead accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The role will own Ind AS, RBI reporting, direct and indirect taxation, IFC/ICFR and audits, while driving financial controls, automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure and management reporting.

- Ensure Ind AS, Schedule III and RBI - NBFC compliance.

- Oversee corporate tax, GST, TDS and tax assessments.

- Drive IFC/ICFR, internal controls and audit management.

- Own ECL governance, provisioning and regulatory reporting.

- Lead finance automation, process improvements and team management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 - 15 years of experience.

- Relevant experience in NBFC - HFC finance and taxation.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III and RBI regulations.

- Expertise in ECL, IFC/ICFR and regulatory reporting.

- Experience in statutory audits, taxation and financial controls.

- Willing to work onsite in Mumbai and relocate if required.
