Job Title: Head of Accounts & Financial Control

Role Overview:

- Lead end-to-end accounting and financial control for a multi-entity setup, ensuring clean, compliant, and audit-ready books with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly closures, reconciliations, and accounting accuracy.

- Own financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MIS from books.

- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits; ensure full regulatory compliance.

- Manage finance team and enforce strong process discipline.

- Strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting/reporting frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

- 7- 10 years of experience in accounting, audits, and compliance.

- Strong exposure to multi-unit/entity financial management.

- Proven team handling experience.

- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
