Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS, etc.)
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:
- Manage direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements
Audit & Controls:
- Lead internal and external audits
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate governance
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
- Analyze financial performance, monitor variances, and drive profitability
- Provide insights and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Build a high-performance finance function aligned with organizational goals
Mergers & Acquisitions Support (if applicable):
- Oversee financial due diligence, integration, and reporting post-acquisition
Candidate Profile:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution
- Proven track record in leading finance functions in medium to large organizations
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
- Strong understanding of financial operations in a multi-entity or healthcare setup
