Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Costing, Payroll, Budgeting, and MIS functions
- Lead preparation and analysis of MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review
- Manage financial planning & analysis (FP&A), month-end closures, and financial control mechanisms
- Review and monitor CAPEX, including costbenefit and payback analysis
- Supervise preparation of books of accounts, trial balance, and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local standards
- Develop financial models to support strategic investments and short- and long-term business objectives
- Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and banking/credit facilities
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits; ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll processing across sites for permanent and contractual workforce
- Drive risk management, insurance coverage, and internal control improvements
- Identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
- Partner with IT teams to enhance financial systems and reporting automation
