Head - Accounts

- CA with 10+ years post qualification experience, who have handled Finance and Accounts of companies >1000 Crores Turnover & CS with 2+ Post Qualification Experience

- Should have worked in SAP and Manufacturing environment.

- Responsible for Statutory and Tax audit closures of the entity.

- Monthly closure of Accounts in a Manufacturing establishment and Group reporting

- Income tax and Transfer pricing (TP) compliance (Audits, Returns, Assessments, routine compliance, TP Study)

- Ensuring internal checks and controls are compiled upon by all functions not only limited to Operations, Sales and Marketing Stores, HR, Logistics, Commercial, Purchase and R&D, of the Company.

- Finance Business partner for Costing, Pricing at HO.

- Responsible for overseeing the Branch Finance functions.

- Ensure the Financial transactions are carried out in a compliant and cost-effective manner.

- Business metrics performance reporting.

- Ensure resource optimization by structuring the optimization of data and processes in Finance.
