- Our client is a fast-growing LegalTech company transforming the way legal teams operate through cutting-edge SaaS solutions. They are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Lead Account Executive to drive business growth in India and global markets.
- As a Lead Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and driving long-term client engagement. You'll work closely with the leadership team to define sales strategy, build key client relationships, and help expand the footprint across law firms, in-house teams, and global capability centers (GCCs).
- This is a high-impact role suited for someone with strong SaaS sales experience, consultative selling skills, and the ability to sell to senior business and legal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - qualification, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop a deep understanding of the LegalTech ecosystem and map client pain points to tailored SaaS solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (General Counsels, Managing Partners, Heads of Legal Ops, CIOs, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise technology sales, ideally selling to professional services firms or corporate functions (legal, finance, HR, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented selling skills.
- Prior experience selling to CXO-level or function-head stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
