Strategic Leadership & Business Planning:
- Develop and execute the 3PL strategy: Aligning it with the overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the 3PL business: Setting and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies: Driving growth across all customer accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams: Supporting the achievement of growth targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings: Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members: Supporting their professional growth and development.
- Manage and motivate team members: Ensuring high levels of productivity and engagement.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams: Sales, finance, customer service, etc. to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in strategic customer meetings and conferences: Promoting the company's services and
capabilities.
