Strategic Leadership & Business Planning:


- Develop and execute the 3PL strategy: Aligning it with the overall company goals and market opportunities.

- Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the 3PL business: Setting and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and KPIs.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Expanding the 3PL service offerings and customer base, particularly in target industries.

- Conduct market research and analysis: Staying informed about industry trends and adapting the business model accordingly.

- Oversee the separation of the logistics business from a parent company: Establishing independent operations, identity, and processes.


Operational Management:


- Oversee warehouse and transportation operations: Ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of logistics activities.

- Champion process optimization and service quality: Implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards: Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

- Manage and optimize the 3PL network: Selecting and contracting with qualified 3PL partners.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

- Manage the budget and control costs: Optimizing freight costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Oversee daily trailer operations: Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs: Optimizing logistics processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.


Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong client relationships: Serving as a key point of contact for major clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies: Driving growth across all customer accounts.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams: Supporting the achievement of growth targets.

- Conduct regular client meetings: Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Team Leadership:


- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team: Fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members: Supporting their professional growth and development.

- Manage and motivate team members: Ensuring high levels of productivity and engagement.


Other Key Responsibilities:


- Liaise with internal teams: Sales, finance, customer service, etc. to ensure seamless operations.

- Participate in strategic customer meetings and conferences: Promoting the company's services and

capabilities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.

- Prepare and present operational reports and updates to management.

- Manage the budget and be responsible for customer accounts.
