Role & responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system, including user access, permissions, and data integrity.
- Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs.
- Updating the CRM & Business system with new features, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer data within the CRM & Business system.
- Analyzing CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Developing and implementing reports and dashboards to track CRM & Business performance.
- Working with other IT systems & Vendor to integrate CRM data with other business applications.
- Automating tasks and processes within the CRM system to improve efficiency.
- Developing custom applications and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand their CRM & Business requirements and needs.
- Communicating technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
- Participating in project planning and implementation.
- Developing and delivering training materials on how to use the CRM & Business system.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on CRM & Business processes and procedures.
- Keeping up to date on the latest CRM & Business/Sales technologies and trends.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the CRM & Business/Sales system and its functionality.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proficiency in CRM/Sales Performance software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, CRM Nxt, Power BI etc).
- Knowledge of database management and data analytics.
- Experience with integration and automation tools.
- Storing understanding of APIs and under CRM related technology.
- Understanding of CRM & Business application processes and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Required Experience: 12+ years.
