We are expanding our Sales Analytics & Strategy team and looking for candidates who aspire to drive technology-led transformation in insurance sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify analytics opportunities to enhance sales performance and product offering
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales channel teams to develop and execute an analytics roadmap
- Translate business challenges into structured problem statements and technical solutions
- Lead end-to-end data analytics project from design and development to implementation & performance tracking
- Own the product lifecycle of analytics applications, including requirement gathering, BRS documentation, release planning, and coordination with engineering teams
- Ensure engineering rigor in solution design, data quality, and scalable implementation
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What are we looking for?
- 4 - 7 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning and business problem solving skills
- Prior experience in analytics-driven environments, preferably in financial services, sales, or marketing
- Strong foundation in analytics and engineering principles, with a focus on scalable, production-grade solutions
- Experience in requirement mapping, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on expertise in ML techniques: GLM/ Regression, Clustering, Decision Tree, etc.
- Proficient in Python and SQL; Experience with AWS and GCP is preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Management degree is preferred
