Job Details: 1. Secondary compensation design for Agency, ABP, Defence, Direct verticals (BCSS, Loyalty, Maturity), HDFC Bank and Sales (Retail and CP), BroCA and HDFC Securities 2. Variable budget governance and 1000-1100 cr provision management for all Channels (Retail and CP) 3. Zonal budgets, policy and system management for all Channels (Retail and CP) 4. Backend management (files storage for audit, closure reports, Partner Portal and BizzBuzz, etc) for Secondary compensation process for all Channels (Retail and CP) 5. Anchor Secondary Compensation Governance council with CFO, Business Planning and all Channels (Retail and CP) 6. Section 194R housekeeping and check 7. Managing End to End lifecycle of assigned Projects. Candidate Requirements: 1. MBA Full time preferred (From Tier 2 college) 2. Candidate must have experience in Life Insurance company or Consulting companies which create C&B / R&R strategies for Life insurance industry. 3. Candidate must have great communication & presentation skills. 4. Candidate must have great Analytical & Strategical Thinking.
