About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager CV to drive business growth, expand dealer networks, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key dealer relationships, monitoring early delinquency, and ensuring superior customer experience across the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve business plan targets including volume growth, product mix optimization, and market share expansion.

- Manage sales profitability for the assigned portfolio while ensuring consistent target achievement.

- Drive institutional and fleet sales to increase business penetration.

- Develop, manage, and expand the dealer network to support business objectives.

- Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and implement action plans for improvement.

- Strengthen dealer relationships to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Plan and execute sales promotion activities and marketing initiatives to drive footfall and conversions.

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.

- Provide strategic insights for business planning and product positioning.

- Monitor early delinquency and collaborate with collections teams to ensure portfolio health.

- Ensure cost-effective operations through efficient resource utilization and budget adherence.

- Support documentation, process compliance, and customer onboarding as per company standards.

- Ensure high-quality customer service and quick resolution of issues to maintain long-term relationships.

- Engage with institutional clients, fleet owners, and channel partners for evolving business needs.

- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to deliver performance targets.

- Conduct regular training and capability-building sessions for the team and channel partners.
