About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Auto Loans segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing dealer networks, and executing effective sales strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business plan targets including volume growth, product mix, and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive institutional sales initiatives.
- Plan, implement, and monitor sales promotion campaigns and on-ground activities.

- Knowledge of service and warranty systems in the auto/financial services domain.
- High level of self-drive, motivation, and ownership.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Auto Loans business (strict requirement).
- Good communication skills and a professional, pleasing personality.
