We are hiring a Specification Head South India to lead the regional specification strategy and team. This role focuses on earlystage design influence, driving product specifications with architects, consultants, MEP designers, PMCs, EPCs, and developers across South India to ensure brand preference and project conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product specifications at design, BOQ, and tender stages

- Build seniorlevel relationships with architects, consultants, MEP firms, PMCs, EPCs, and developers

- Track large and marquee projects from concept to execution

- Ensure strong specificationto-order conversion in coordination with sales teams

- Lead, mentor, and scale the regional specification team

- Provide market intelligence on projects, consultants, competitors, and specification trends

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and projects teams for aligned execution

Candidate Profile:

- 13 - 20 years experience in Prescription / Specifications

- Strong exposure to South India markets

- Proven experience working with architects, consultants, MEP designers, PMCs, EPCs

- Strong understanding of MEP design, technical specifications, BOQs, and project lifecycle

- Leadership experience managing regional or zonal teams

- Background in Electrical / Lighting / Switchgear / Cables / Building Material preferred
