Role Overview:
- We are looking for a passionate and diligent candidate to execute the R&D Strategy for Havells Research & Innovation.
- Drive R&Ds Orbit shift strategy framework to achieve mid and long terms objectives.
Job Location: Noida
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: Postgraduate in Management + Engineering background
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing long-term R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage product portfolio and recommend project prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies.
- Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
