- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in lighting in FMEG/ FMCD/ FMCG/ building material or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmaps.
- Balance long-term vision with short-term needs.
- Product Development: Lead the development of product features from concept to launch.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined and technical feasibility is assessed.
- User Research & Feedback: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and timely delivery of key features.
- Product Metrics & Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Use insights to drive data-backed decisions and improve products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Present product plans, status updates, and key learnings from ongoing projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience: MBA with 3-10 years of experience in product marketing in FMEG/ FMCD/ FMCG/ building material or similar industry.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to drive decision-making and identify trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
