Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Project Support
- Track progress and follow up on key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Provide analytical support for business reviews, presentations, and decision-making.
- Conduct research, prepare executive briefs, and generate insights for strategic discussions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and closure of deliverables.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 46 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or high-growth business environment is an advantage.
