Description:


Job Purpose:

- To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other Marketplaces by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Account Management & Strategy:


- Own the business performance for Marketplaces revenue, margin, and market share.


- Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives.


- Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion.


- Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.


Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising:


- Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images.


- Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams.


- Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages.


Marketing & Promotions:


- Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (GIF, Big Billion Days, EORS, etc.) in coordination with platform teams.


- Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives.


Operations & Supply Chain:


- Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment.


- Monitor SLA adherence returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate.


- Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners.


Reporting & Analytics:


- Track daily/weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics.


- Present performance dashboards and insights to management.


- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.


- Recon and payments follow up with PUC.


Relationship Management:


- Build strong relationships with platform category managers, business development, and marketing teams.


- Negotiate better visibility slots, deals, and platform collaborations.


Candidate Profile:


- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.


- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management or online category management.


- Prior experience handling Marketplaces accounts is mandatory.


- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG preferred.
