- Brand Identity & Positioning: Define, develop, and consistently reinforce the brand's identity, voice, and positioning in the market. Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines.

- Content Strategy, Creation & Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various formats (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics, articles). Oversee content creation and distribution to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.

- Social Media Marketing: Lead and manage social media presence across key platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube. Develop engaging social media campaigns, manage communities, and analyze performance.

- Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences. Develop and execute effective influencer campaigns.

- PR & Events: Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and media presence. Plan and execute brand events, product launches, and participation in industry conferences.

- Retail Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives specifically for retail channels, including in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategies. Analyze campaign performance and optimize future efforts.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing activities.

Ideal Profile:

- Entrepreneurial Drive: A true entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to build something impactful from scratch. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Experience: 6+ years of post-MBA marketing experience, with a significant portion gained within a digital ecosystem.

- Digital Marketing Acumen: Good understanding and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, especially Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them effectively.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and campaign objectives clearly.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
