EXPERIENCE : 3-5 years About opportunity: This role involves managing key accounts of Happay and maximising their potential. The individual will get to work directly with clients senior management with a goal to scale each accounts potential as well as maintain an overall healthy portfolio of key accounts. The role involves extensive travel within and outside the city to regularly meet with clients. Roles and Responsibility: - Account Management (including travel) - Account management and related activities such as continuously engaging with existing customers to manage a healthy customer success dashboard - Conduct product training for end user teams at customer locations on demand - Achieve subscribed and agreed AM goals and revenue targets - Reporting and expectation management - Use internal tools for tracking and reporting customer lifecycle and potential - Manage communication between customer and internal stakeholders - Administration - Prepare subscribed internal reports - Assist head of department in administrative tasks for emerging requirements Eligibility: - Has 3 to 5 years of frontline experience in account management or customer success - Has the ability to work unsupervised in a transparent and small team, in alignment with organisational goals - Can build and nurture relationships in industry as well as liaise with internal stakeholders (product, customer care, and operations) - Has the ability to analyse consumer trends, write short reports, and conduct quality assurance as internal customer
