About The Role

Join our Sales & Account Management Energy team in Pune as a Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist.

In this role, you will drive lead generation and online visibility through marketing automation platforms, digital channels and SEO best practices.

Youll support global sales and marketing initiatives by executing seamless campaigns, optimizing performance, and embracing AI-driven tools and strategies.

About You

You have 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.

You have:

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and basic SEO knowledge.

- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and other paid digital channels.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- A valid passport and openness to occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with lead generation goals.

- Manage end-to-end campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.

- Leverage Marketo to automate email workflows and nurture leads.

- Optimize website content and structure for SEO using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.

- Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and content teams to align strategies and assets.

- Stay current with digital marketing trends and propose innovative solutions.
