We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver strategic IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience, a deep understanding of IT services (including AI, cloud, and cybersecurity), and the ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success

- Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and solution alignment

- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing strategy discussions in line with business goals

- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of IT services and solutions

- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for client stakeholders

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends such as AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity to better serve client needs

- Develop account strategies, including long-term planning and upselling opportunities

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work toward quarterly and annual revenue targets.
