- The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary with a Law degree. He should have 4-7 years of experience in handling secretarial and legal matters. - He/she should be thorough in secretarial matters including the new Company law, commercial & economic legislation, SEBI AIF guidelines, FEMA provision etc. - He/she should have handled Board independently and should have good drafting skills, effective communication & interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities : The incumbent would be responsible for conducting Board meetings, General meetings, drafting of minutes on time, filling forms with various statutory authorities, drafting agreements, memorandum of understanding, replies to notices and handling legal matters of the company.
