- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support business decision-making and scenario analysis.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices for greater efficiency and accuracy.

- Train FP&A staff on new tools and processes and support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.

- Streamline and clean up existing spreadsheet models for efficiency and accuracy

- Develop automated dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

- Lead and manage multiple concurrent automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Requirements -

- 4+ years in FP&A, financial modelling, or similar finance-related roles.

- 2+ years leading automation or technology-driven finance projects.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Project management experience and strong solutioning capabilities
