Job Title: Lead Automation Consultant

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic Lead Automation Consultant who will partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, and deliver automation opportunities across Guardian's business functions.
- This role involves engaging with stakeholders, preparing cost-benefit analyses, validating business cases, and ensuring seamless delivery of automation solutions.
- The consultant will act as a business analyst for multiple projects while championing Guardian's automation-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify automation opportunities across business units.
- Conduct high-level walkthroughs for proposed automation initiatives.
- Develop cost and benefit analyses (CBAs) and detailed business cases for review and approval.
- Validate business cases with sponsors and ensure timely approvals for project initiation.
- Support in-development automation projects in the capacity of a business analyst.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to align requirements.
- Ensure automation initiatives are aligned with Guardian's strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in business analysis, automation consulting, or technology delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Experience developing cost-benefit analyses and business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in insurance, BFSI, or regulated environments is an advantage.
