GTMDialogues is a GTM focused community and scale-up platform for B2B companies. Build with a larger mission to "help B2B startups scale" and spread the impact to the long tail of founders. The strategy is to engage deeply with the B2B community and create a strong knowledge base, network and expertise around the B2B tech landscape.
GTMDialogues started as a small community with its activities at Pune and after establishing itself as the largest SaaS community at Pune, it has now started expanding activities in cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. The community today has outreach to 20,000+ SaaS focused audiences.
As a part of its scale up platform, it has started two practices in house. One of the practices is Investment Banking practice wherein the practice will be focused on helping early stage B2B startups raise their first cheque through investors. The 2nd practice that we have recently started is Inbound Marketing practice wherein the practice will be focused on setting up an inbound demand generation engine for early stage founders. We plan to add 3-4 more practices in next 12-18 months.

Role Description:
GTMDialogues is looking to onboard a Marketing / Community Head, who can lead and drive all our community efforts. The role of the community manager includes:
1) Overall orchestrate all our community building efforts, program manage the efforts on all fronts, set out next phase of growth in collaboration with leadership.
2) Create a strong presence of the community across India and setup strong cadence of physical activities and drive an intense calendar of 6-8 activities per month.
4) Establish a strong brand for the community and by nurturing all digital footprints of the community including Linkedin, Twitter, Substack, Website, whatsapp groups.
2) Drive execution of various events, meetups and webinars of the community including all pre-and post- social medial engagements, signups and various logistics around the same. Conceptualize event formats and execute them.
3) Engagement with linkedin community and with your own network to help identify speakers, hosts and partners for future meetups.
4) Drive engagement through various touch points with community members.
5) Manage the PnL of the Community and ensure viability of all activities of the Community. Build, train and coach team as required.
6) Manage relationship with Sponsors, Partners and ecosystem enablers to scale the community. Build an healthy pipeline of Sponsors.
7) Lead and manage the community team.
Expected skills:
1) Individual should be coming from startup ecosystem and should have strong motivation to build community.
2) Past entrepreneurial experience is must.
2) Individual should have managed PnL in the past.
3) Individual should have strong network in the ecosystem and leverage it to expand the community efforts.
4) The individual should be high on organizational skills, attention to details and process and systems oriented.
