Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior GTM Leader to build and own the US go-to-market strategy from scratch. This is a founding GTM role, working directly with the founders to define ICP, positioning, pricing, sales motion, and early revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who has built US enterprise GTM motions for B2B SaaS products, preferably within or adjacent to the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the US go-to-market strategy for Sookti.ai from zero to early scale

- Define ICP, buyer personas, positioning, and value proposition for US enterprise customers

- Design and execute the enterprise sales motion (direct sales, partners, SAP SIs, alliances)

- Work closely with founders on revenue strategy, pricing, packaging, and GTM prioritization

- Drive early enterprise deals and personally own initial customer conversations and closures

- Build partnerships with SAP system integrators, consulting firms, and ecosystem players

- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on market learnings

- Lay the foundation for scaling the GTM function (process, playbooks, hiring)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- 10-15+ years of experience in Enterprise / B2B SaaS GTM or Sales leadership

- Proven experience building US GTM strategy from scratch, preferably from India

- Strong exposure to US enterprise buyers (CIO, CTO, Head of IT, Digital Transformation leaders)

- Experience selling complex, high-value enterprise solutions ($100K+ deal sizes)

- Hands-on mindset with willingness to sell, build, and experiment in an early-stage environment
