
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers through various channels to introduce our software and IT services, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that add value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction and timely deal closure.
- Establish trust and rapport with clients by understanding their business challenges and providing ongoing support and solutions that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to formulate effective sales strategies that align with company goals and expand market presence.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our software and IT services to confidently address client queries and objections.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven 4+ experience in software sales or B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong confidence and skills in marketing principles to effectively position and promote products.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
