Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & IR professional to lead the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function at our manufacturing unit in Gurgaon. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining harmonious employee relations, and driving HR best practices aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Industrial Relations & Labour Management: - Manage Industrial Relations to maintain a healthy and productive work environment. - Handle Labour Relations, union interactions, and grievance redressal mechanisms. - Ensure effective implementation of Labour Laws and statutory compliances. - Represent the organization in conciliation proceedings and labor disputes, if required. - Drive proactive grievance handling systems to minimize conflicts. HR Operations & Compliance: - Oversee complete HR Operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit management. - Ensure compliance under Factory Act and other applicable statutory regulations. - Manage Time Office operations and workforce discipline. - Conduct internal audits and ensure documentation as per compliance requirements. Employee Engagement & Development: - Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. - Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS). - Lead Learning & Development interventions aligned with organizational goals. - Strengthen organizational culture and employee communication channels. Strategic HR & Business Partnering: - Act as HR Business Partner for plant leadership. - Develop and implement HR policies aligned with manufacturing best practices. - Support manpower planning and talent management strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong exposure to Industrial Relations & Employee Relations in Manufacturing. - In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws & Factory Act. - Expertise in HR Compliance & statutory frameworks. - Experience in managing Time Office & plant HR operations. - Proficiency in PMS implementation and Employee Engagement programs. - Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 8+ years of experience in HR & IR, preferably in Manufacturing setup. - Proven track record in managing unionized workforce. - Strong leadership and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure plant environment.
