About the Startup & Investors
Backed by Accel and Elevation Capital, we are an Expense Management platform that has seen 400% growth in the last year. We are moving from a sales-led model to a Product-Led Growth (PLG) model. We need a PM who lives and breathes data, funnels, and user psychology.
The Role: The Experimenter
You own the "Growth Funnel." Your job is to make the product sell itself. You will spend your days running A/B tests, analyzing heatmaps, and identifying friction points in the user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activation & Onboarding: Design the first 5 minutes of the user experience to ensure they reach the "Aha!" moment instantly.
- Retention Loops: Build features that encourage daily active usage and organic viral loops within organizations.
- Data Analytics: Own the growth dashboard. Identify drop-off points in the funnel and hypothesize solutions.
- Monetization: Experiment with pricing models, upsell triggers, and trial-to-paid conversion paths.
- Collaboration: Lead a "Growth Pod" consisting of 2 developers, 1 designer, and 1 data analyst.
Required Skills:
- Analytical Prowess: You should be able to navigate Amplitude, Mixpanel, and SQL with ease.
- User Empathy: Ability to conduct user interviews and translate qualitative feedback into quantitative experiments.
- Execution: A "bias for action." You prefer shipping a 70% perfect experiment today over a 100% perfect one next month.
Pedigree: MBA from IIM A/B/C or ISB is preferred, especially with a background in engineering.
