Growth Head Role & responsibilities: - We're seeking an ambitious and data-driven Growth Head to lead the expansion of our brand. - This individual will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative strategies, optimizing our digital channels, and scaling marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap for the brand. - Identify opportunities for growth across the funnel, from awareness to retention. Performance Marketing: - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging ad platforms. - Focus on ROAS, CPA, and CAC while scaling campaigns. Customer Acquisition & Retention: - Lead strategies to drive traffic, convert leads, and build loyalty. - Implement CRM, email marketing, and subscription models to enhance LTV. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and AOV, using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics. - Use A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics to inform decisions. Brand Building: - Work closely with content and design teams to create high-impact campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency while experimenting with disruptive marketing tactics. Team Leadership: - Build and mentor a high-performing growth and marketing team. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and tech teams. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: - Identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and new channels for growth. - Keep tabs on competitors and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven track record of scaling D2C brands. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.). - Analytical mindset with expertise in data tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau). - Experience with retention strategies like loyalty programs and community-building. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving and execution.
