About Role: - Evaluating the hiring requirements in the company and creating the constant pipeline of the best suitable candidates. - Using modes like employee referrals, creating network, relevant job portals for decreasing the gap between the hired and to be hired employees for the team. - Maintaining, analysing and taking corrective measures to decrease the turn-around-time; increase - joined to offered ratio, joined to interviewed ratio. Key Responsibilities: - Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts. - Genuine interest in matching great talent with the company. - Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying the right pool, using multiple channels to reach out to candidates, scheduling interviews, taking initial interview rounds, etc. - Manage, plan and drive the on-campus recruitment process. - Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talent. - Develop Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring plans. - Assist in employee retention and development.
