Roles and responsibilities : Although the roles and responsibilities will be governed primarily by the objectives mentioned above, here are the few activities which will surely be part of the role : 1. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to HR planning, recruitment, employee engagement and development, C&B, Learning and Performance Management 2. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs 3. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; Learning and organizational development 4. Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system 5. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance 6. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices in human resources and employment laws. Applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to management 7. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management What we definitely need? 1. 5+ years of full time work experience in HR- compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and development and conflict resolution 2. Experience in working in a diverse and fast-paced environment is an added advantage 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with senior leaders as part of the core team 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 6. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 8. Strong supervisory and leadership skills 9. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees 10. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate 11. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations 12. Proficiency with systems or the ability to quickly learn systems
