Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Rewards:
- Design, implement, and administer compensation & benefits programs.
- Manage annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, sales incentives) end-to-end.
- Conduct market benchmarking (internal & external) to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure pay equity, governance, and policy adherence.
JAE (Job Architecture & Evaluation):
- Manage job architecture frameworks, job evaluation processes, and grading structures.
- Partner with business to create or validate role charters and job levels.
- Maintain consistency and internal equity across functions.
Performance Management:
- Drive the full performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
- Facilitate performance calibrations and ensure governance.
- Enable managers with tools, frameworks, and insights to drive high-quality evaluation conversations.
Experience Requirements (Important for Sourcing):We require candidates who have:
- Led 23 complete increment/merit cycles independently.
- Managed HR operations for a workforce size of 1000+ employees.
- Strong exposure to reward governance
