Role Overview:
The Group Lead - Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring) will be responsible for driving and executing leadership-level hiring across all businesses under the group. The incumbent will partner closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and HR leaders to identify, attract, and onboard senior leadership talent that aligns with the organization's growth strategy, culture, and business priorities.
This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring deep understanding of the external talent market, strong stakeholder management, and proven experience in managing senior-level searches (CXO / CXO-1 levels) across diverse industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring for senior and critical leadership positions across all group entities.
- Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a strong external talent pipeline through market intelligence, research, and proactive networking.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with CXOs, CHROs, and business leaders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Search Execution: Lead executive searches directly and through search partners, ensuring quality, speed, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Position the Group as an employer of choice for senior professionals through brand visibility and market engagement.
- Succession Planning Support: Collaborate with Group HR and Business HR teams to align external hiring with internal succession pipelines.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and analytics on leadership hiring metrics, market insights, and talent availability.
- Search Partner Management: Manage relationships and performance of executive search firms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Leadership team, Department heads, to understand their hiring needs
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry peers to stay abreast of HR best practices and trends
