Group Head - Legal & Group Company Secretary - Automotive Industry

We are looking for a dynamic Legal & Compliance professional from small to mid-sized listed companies-preferably from the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone who is second in line to the Head of Legal and ready to take on a larger responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and provide legal protection & risk management advice.

- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and internal policies.

- Monitor and coordinate with external lawyers.

- Provide strategic legal guidance to management and key stakeholders.

- Drive effective stakeholder management.

Mandatory Skills:

- Listed company experience is must

- Legal compliance expertise
